Accommodation form

A number of rooms of a wide range of prices and categories have been reserved for the Congress participants during the period of April 18 to 22, 2010. The price of the hotel includes room and breakfast.

Hotel Accommodation may be reserved by using the accommodation form below.

You should send this booking form to the Registration Secretary of the Congres. Before making the payment, the Secretary will confirm you by mail the availability of hotel room chosen.

All those hotels are situated in the downtown just 10 minutes walk from the Congress Venue (Auditori /Palau Auditori de Congressos de Girona)

/// Payment and Confirmation

All payments have to be made by bank transfer or credit car before February 18, 2010. All the bank transfer cost have to be paid by participant.

Should the UdG not receive the payment on time the hotel reservation will be cancelled in accordance with the cancellation conditions. Please note that after February 18 the hotel is entitled to charge all prebooked nights.
